This is another single parcel cuvée that is made using a carbonic maceration.

The parcel is a small Cabernet Franc vine that gives the grapes «millerandés» which are lightly different from others domaines’ Cabernets. The carbonic maceration of grapes grants the unique identity to this wine: its silky texture has an particularly original flavour. Vegetal, fruity and peppery; the delicacy in taste is endless…
